Professors, students and young scientists from Russia and Germany had a series of lectures and oral talks on the modern problems of the bioinformatics and computational systems biology. In particular were discussed such topics as: phylogenetic tree building, structural/functional analysis of macromolecules, systems biology, automated knowledge extraction from the texts of scientific publications, etc. Also young scientists and students presented their current scientific works for the discussion with our foreign partners.
